Hi, just joined, looking for info.

Hi, Bob from Ponoka, Ab. I found this recently in the bush literally in my backyard... Just wondering what year it might be? Its pretty beat up, but motor is there, both axles, frame is really rusty. I wonder what the motor is?

Welcome to the forum. It looks like a 38 Terraplane coup to me. The engine would be a flat head 6 cylinder. -
the grille & front fender look non-Hudson to me
-
I thought 38 Hudson 112
-
Not sure if it is a hudson but if so I would say 1938. But the grille doesnt lok Hudson but not seeing it it's hard to say
-
My guess is 1938 H112. The give-away is the handle on the side. This was the only model that had that.If you're stuck in a hole, stop digging.
-
Another means of ID is, if you can get the door open, check the right side door post above the hinges, for a metal tag with model and serial number - that'll tell you if it's a Hudson or Terraplane. Or whatever.
