Hudsons at Hershey
-
If you're headed for the Fall Hershey AACA Show Events: in Hershey, Pennsylvania on October 5-8, be aware of the various Hudson activities in and around Hershey that weekend. In a nutshell:
H-E-T Hospitality Booth, Space RNE-24-25 at Red Field, Wed. through Saturday.
Discount motel rooms for H-E-T members at Quality Inn, 1255 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pa. -- phone (717) 243-6000 for reservation. Quantity limited so they may no longer be available.
Hudson dinner 6 PM on Saturday, Oct. 8 at Sunnyside Restaurant, 850 N. Hanover Street; dress is informal, no reservations necessary, $16.95 + tax and tip. Hospitality Room at Quality Inn on Friday after 4 PM, and Saturday afternoon & evening.
Hudson Flea market Sunday, Oct. 9, from 7 AM to noon at rear parking lot of Carlisle Quality Inn.
We need volunteers to serve 4 hour shifts at the H-E-T booth. Those driving a Hudson can drive right into the booth and display their car (free parking right in the flea market -- priceless!), IF spaces are still available. For those staying at the Carlisle Quality Inn, transportation directly to the booth can possibly be arranged. (This would have a special appeal to our "older" Hudson enthusiasts, who still get to attend the flea market and see their friends, without having to walk a hundred miles to do so!)
