Restoration of 1940 4 door sedan
-
Hi
I recently bought my 1940 sedan and is about to start the restoration.
I bought the car from a guy on a farm where it was stored for quite some time. The car does not look all that bad and I recon that it should be running in no-time.
Does anybody know of anybody in South Africa (Pretoria od Johannesburg area) that has done work/restoration on Hudson? I would like to make contact if possible.
Regards

Dewald, if you need manuals there's a parts book and a mechanical procedures manual along with some other 1940 literature on the online web site @ http://hetclub.org/burr/lithomepage.htm - click on manuals under 1940-1947 listing.

Dewald,
If you'll e-mail me, I can supply you with names of several South Africans who belong to the Hudson club, and who might be able to offer advice (and who might know other Hudson owners as well.
