AMC fuel pump
-
I'm ready to buy the AMC single stage pump. However, I have found that there are two pumps that look almost the same. The Carter 6737 looks like the inlet will face forward when mounted on the Hudson 308 and will require another sharp bend in the inlet hose. However, there is also a Carter 60167 that looks the same except the inlet would face to the rear and would not require the sharp bend.
The problem is that I can't find any information about the 60167 (pressure, flow rate, connection sizes). Has anyone used the 60167 pump or does any one know the specifications on it?
Thanks

Fuel pressure on the AMC pumps is around 4 1/2 to 5 psi.

Well, app for the 60167 pump is AMC Eagle '83 - '84, Jeep J10 '81 - '87, Wagoneer '80 - '83 and Wrangler '87 - '90. Since all these cars used the 4.2L 6 cyl. I suspect that the specs are similar to the 6737 pump.
