    Can't really see what's going on with the back half of the body, but that looks more like "Ran over when parked." Seems to have a distinct sag.

    I've never seen such a rotten pre-war Hudson body! However there would likely be at least $600 of useable parts. The grille alone is worth a few hundred these days.
