-
Here is a neat video of the 1936 Chevrolet assembly line. If this has been posted before, forgive me. But it is neat.

Great footage - does anyone have someting similar from a Hudson factory?
-
First time I see it!Genious men have achieved those big machines. We owe a lot to the hard working men who worked in these factories. Thank you very much! Michel.

Hudson made a promotional movie narrated by Lowell Thomas (famous newscaster from the 1930's and 40's) as he watched the progress of his new 1934 Hudson through the Hudson factory from start to finish. I saw this film maybe 30 years ago, actually it was then in 16mm film format, and I don't know if it's been made available in VHS or DVD since then.

I've got a clip from the movie Jon was talking about on my computer. It is some quick clips from the video shown at the 2009 National in Pontiac written by Ken Poynter.
If someone can walk me through how to post it on this site, I'll give it a try!
Joe
