Just got back from my cabin in the Wasatch National Forest in Northern Utah. We parked in a field and walked in on snow shoes. I took the cabin photo on the front porch just as we were leaving to go the mile back to the car..... Had a hard time getting the old car running.

Here's a post card of a Hudson (or Terraplane) in snow conditions. Caption reads: Land of the Shining Mountains Near Red Lodge, Montana. North East entrance to Yellowstone Park.

Finally a nice day here in Kansas. Got the snow drift removed from in front of the garage and got the 54 out for a picture.

1946 Hudson for sale at Swap Meet in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada last weekend. If I could have taken the car outside of the Convention Center, it would be in keeping with this thread. I'm sure you all will cut me some slack on that note just to see her. Vendor was asking $4500. Don't know if he had to haul it back, but was unsold with 3 hours left to go when I had to leave.

1946 Hudson Coupe
Not quite "Hudson's In Snow" but if I could have gotten the owner to take it outside of the Convention Center, it would have been in snow! I spotted her at a Swap Meet in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada last weekend. Asking price of $4500, and had not sold when I left with 3 hours to go.

Being that it is a day away from the first of April I took a drive up to my cabin. We have had a bit over a foot of snow in the last 12 hours so I thought you would enjoy this as the season closed...

The last time I saw snow in Burbank, Ca was in 1949. I can barely see my 64 El Camino and 69 AMX covered with the green tarp.

It didn't snow very much, maybe for 10 - 15 minutes. It's almost over. Behind the El Camino and garage is my 52 Hornet and 47 Hudson.

Well, you really can't see them for the snow and tarps. All in all it was exciting to see snow here after a 62 year of SUN SHINE. LOL Usually we have to drive a 1/2 hr to an hour to play in the snow.
1949 was the first time I saw snow and my Dad helped a 6 year old make his first snowman while Mom was taking home movies. I still have that film.
I hope the pictures and posts are coordinated. My first attempt.
Have a good day.
Lee O'Dell
It worked but I need to fix the date setting on the camera.100_1880.JPG800 x 600 - 43K100_1869.JPG800 x 600 - 49K100_1867.JPG800 x 600 - 20K
