TIMING
-
CAN SOMEONE POST THE LINK TO THE DISCUSSION REGARDING SETTING THE TIMING AND CARB USING A VACUME GAUGE...
THANKS -
Tom,
Go to page 3, look for Electronic ignition timing.
John Forkner -
John,
Page 3 of what?
J Haugo -
Jim,
Let me clarify... Page 3 of these posts. Go back to the Hudson Main Page and scroll down to the bottom, click on page 3, and scroll down to Electronic ignition timing.
Note, as more pages get added page 3 will end up further down the line. It's page 3 today, it may be page 4 tomorrow, etc. You can always find it by doing a search from the main page also.
I like your avitar, very impressive!
John Forkner -
John,
Thanks for the clarification. I just wasn't "with the program".
That's my car on the current issue of Old Cars Report Price Guide. Yes, I was surprised.
Jim -
Go to the website www.classicinlines.com/vacuum.asp. They have a very good explanation about setting carbs and timing using a vacuum gauge.
Good luck,
Doug
