Gas question

( sorry if its been asked b4)- my 55 ford has a rebuilt 302CI in it, i would think it ran on regular gas at one time, should i just use regular unleaded, high test, or some kind of additive also? - TIA, john

If the 302 is 73 and newer regular should be fine but if the compression has been raised then a little better gas might be needed.
