Do the one in the bottom picture and send me the one in the top picture.

All I would tell you is pick the one you would be happiest with when it's finished.
Restoring an old.. anything is a labor of Love and if it's not one you really want when finished then you won't be happy doing it.
Look at pictures of finished ones on the internet, choose the one you like the body style the best and go for it.
With the time and money it takes, you want whats best for you not anyone else. don't be afraid to be different. classics are all good.. It don't matter what you drive it matters that you drive....
