    Not my style but he did a nice job on it. Looks nice and looks comfy to drive like he says. I would go Commando in this Commodore ....:D

    The ultimate in custom luxury!!!! Very well done car and I wouldn't mind having it in my driveway. With that Chevy big block in there should be a great crusier - would no doubt keep up with Uncle Walt's 308 powered coupe with no problem.

    I could fall asleep just looking at the interior.



    Oh, I also like the treatment of the Commodore logo over the 454 logo.

    Would make a great turnpike cruiser... without the hood, trunk & flank paint IMHO. Color combo aside, many early stepdown owners have tried to picture that very paint job after tracing the body lines the first time. I wish Hudson had resolved the '48-51 character line below the windows by wrapping it around on the tulip panel below the backlight (are ya with me on this one, Chaz?). They did that effectively with chrome starting in '52.

    Some nice "Commodore 8" fender badges should be easy to find, too.
