acceptable cup or crown on flywheel face

hello, my flywheel has an .011" cup, center to edge. i have a second flywheel that has a .010" crown. my machinist friend wants to true up the flywheel. my questions are, what is an acceptable dimension for cupping or crowning on the flywheel face?
my other questions involve the lugs on the flywheel that engage the pressure plate. on one flywheel they are welded on the second flywheel they appear to be pressed or perhaps threaded in place. how do you remove the welded lugs if this face needs to be machined and are the lugs that aren't welded, pressed or threaded? thank you. regards, tom -

for those that are curious, doug wildrick says this cup/crown on these two flywheels is acceptable. my thanks to doug. regards, tom

If the flywheels are not warped, they will work OK. If they have to be turned, you leave the lugs in and turn both inner and outer. This works because no working part touches the area between the lugs.
