Greetings from the sunny South!
-
I LOVE winter! I LOVE to frolic in the snow!
MORE! MORE! I'M NOT SATISFIED!! -
I didn't really get any snow this year
- there was a really cold spell that hit us in December - but no snow
And no I don't believe it's global warming - just nature passing me by this year! -

If your feeling left out you can come take all you want from my place!

Here's what took out our power for a day or so. This was taken while the snowstorm was still in progress -
Here's the limb that took out my workshop gate, actually the size of a small tree...

Ah, "Greatest Snow on Earth" is how we sell our ski industry here in Utah. By the way, I love your photo's of the snow in your yard. Our normal winter is just over 120 inches but alas this year has seen a lot of our snow go to Central and Southern Utah. I was at a local resort last night and there was just over five feet of snow. I am missing the powder that we normally have, but then, we just got 22 inches last night so perhaps today will be better...... Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.......Brownie

Brownie: Regarding migration of Utah show elsewhere: your loss is our loss!

We don't have snow but we have rain rain rain, we have had our average months rain fall in just on a week, talk about mowing lawns, done them twice this week between the spots, I had to do them so my wife could find the cloths line.LOL.

5 feet in Maryland, hmmmmmmm. In Maine, where I used to live, they'd call that a "dusting".

wow !!!! you guys are making me cold .. if it gets below 60 here in Arizona .. we put on our thermal gear .. it's going to be in the 70's here .. a few weeks ago it was in the 50's and i shivered all day .. no heater in the house ,,not too much need for it ..... kind of chilly in the mornings without a heater .. around 45 in am and its only 5 deg . warmer in house ..don't think i could stand to be as cold as you guys ..

Hmmm... Think the key to this is in the use of the 'former' term... "...where I used to live..". LOL!5 feet in Maryland, hmmmmmmm. In Maine, where I used to live, they'd call that a "dusting".
