Best East Coast Restoration Shops?

Hey everyone, i'm new to the forum. I own a 1976 Pontiac Firebird Esprit. I've been looking for a good restoration shop on the east coast but have come up empty. I'm looking for a full original part restoration. Does anyone have any suggestions or reviews of any shops that would take my car. Also, can you include the shop's website so I can check it out. Thanks

I am not sure what your idea of "east coast" is but I think White Post (I think that is the name) is a super place.

You might check out Vintage Motorcar Company LLC, http://www.vintagemotorcarco.com/Welcome_to_VMC.htm . The shop is small (I'm thinking maybe 10 employees) but modern, and they do excellent work. There are cars under restoration from the 1920's through (I think) the 1970's. It's located north of Winchester, Va. (which is in the northern part of Virginia) and south of Hagerstown, Md., about 50 miles west of Washington, D.C. The owners are extremely capable, and honest.

hey ! One of my neighbors does restorations. As for full original parts, I'm not sure. The East Coast covers a pretty large area, but we all are on Long Island, NY.

You should consider Corbett's Auto Restoration & Customs. Take a look at their website http://corbettsauto.com/ They are located in NC and recently worked on a 75 Trans-Am. They do very good work.

You should contact Mike Mancini's American Muscle Car Restorations in Rhode Island. They do Concours and OEM certified originality based restorations. They have a large professional facility with most everything done in-house. Quality is incredible. Super nice to deal with too. No web site but you can call 508-932-1349
