    That appears to be a Stanley Steamer.

    But:confused:--- a Stanley Steamer would not have a crank handle surely?

    A steam engine does not need "starting" like a gas engine AFAIK.

    I have no idea what it is though.

    Hello,

    As you have bluntly told me to "read carefully",might I suggest that you "look carefully" at the original picture. You would have seen the crank handle fitted to the vehicle in question.

    I fail to see the point of posting something that is ,at best,a guess.
