Fuel gauge repair
-
Hi, I am getting a fuel tank repaired on a 37 Terraplane, need to know the ohms reading for the fuel gauge on a 37. If anyone knows please help. Original guage.
Thanks,
Brent -
I wouldn't be concerned about ohms reading , just check to see if it works .

My Motors Manual has a diagram and a description of operation of the King-Seeley gauge in the 37 Terraplane. I'll scan it to PDF tomorrow at work and post or email it to you.

That temp sender is not a resistive device. It's a bimetallic strip with contact points attached. So is the gauge.
