1955 auto seat covers mint in box - info?

I don't usually hang out in classic car forums but I found something cool that I'd love to know more about. :) A mint-in-the-box set of four pristine auto seat covers, complete with instructions, wrench, etc. The instructions are marked 1955. They can fit two door or four door sedans. I suspect this is a great find, but I'd love to know more about them before I list them.

I can't find anything similar online, i.e. original vintage car seat covers. What cars would these have fit? What info should I include when I sell them? What sort of value are we looking at? My guess is that someone who restores classic cars would dig these. Totally original from the 50s, never used. Thanks!

    Looks maybe like Chevrolet style.

    Thanks. Here's some more info:

The box is marked Tailored Finest-Fit Auto Seat Covers and is stamped style JETSPUN and BLUE (I think). The instructions are copyright J.C. Freyberg. They are "for all 2-Door Cars including Club Coupes, Coaches, Hard Tops and Convertibles" and "all 4-Door Cars Including 4-Door Sedans and 4-Door Hard Tops." The original box was mailed from L&C Mayers, 76 Ninth Avenue, NY 11, NY.

The box says "Advertised in The Saturday Evening Post" as well as "As Advertised in LIFE" and "Good Car Keeping begins with beautiful seat covers!"

The tags only identify placement, i.e. rear seat cushion, etc.
