I am a Nash guy. This is my 49. I set it on an S-10 frame, 305 chev. Put on 5000 mils last year, about 3000 this year. I belong to the Hudson club, stumbled in here by mistake. I am in Galion, Ohio, Kind of North Central.

Victor Z I wish I knew how close you were, I have a 55 wasp hollywood. If you were in Ohio, I would like to see your parts car, or talk you out of it.

    Bluenash:

I see you said you belong to the Hudson club, do you belong to a local chapter. You are close to the Western Reserve Chapter area, and every June this Chapter has the Chuck Gleydura Memorial Hudson Meet in Hubbard OH. Hubbard is about 2 hours east of you. Usually the local Nash club holds it annual meet at the same park on the same weekend, so bring both of your cars and kill two birds with one trip. If you need information on the Western Reserve Chapter email me at hetpat.l@comcast.net (drop het)

Yes, I belonged to the Western reserve for a couple of years, great people, great meets. I always enjoyed walking down to the Nash's to see them. I dont belong to any chapter now. I am too involved in my Hot rod club.

Trever, you have a 57 in NZ...WOW, i didn't relize that they had them there. My brother and I are the 55 - 57 experts should i say, have a registrer happening at the moment to trace down all 55 - 57 in Australia. If possible can you send me the details of your car. It would be great if you can give us the Body, serial and engine number. The serial number should start with XKD if is a 6cyl 57 or YKD if it's a V8. If none of these your car would have been fully imported at one stage. Colours would help as well. Thanks.

    Hi there.

Re the 57 Hudson in NewZealand I will get onto those details.

If you give me you E Mail I will send some pics.

It Has the realy nice colours of Green bottom Black middle and the yellow roof.

Factory Right hand drive. I also have a 56 Hudson Hornet that I brought as a parts car. I used the Grille and the front bumper off it as mine had been damaged at some time.

As far as I know only two ever came to NewZealand and I have heard that there is another one in the North Island somewhere but apparently it is in kitset form.

    Kind regards Trevor
