Is this a Hudson Trim piece?

I picked up a box of stepdown trim parts and there were two long stainless trim pieces included. I could not identify what they were from.

They are 3 inches wide and about 82 inches long. They look like a body side molding pieces but after looking at Hudson pictures I didn't see any cars that this type of trim piece would fit. I figuered I would let the experts here on the forum help me figure out what these trim pieces belong to. Thanks for the help. Let me get the picture uploaded......arrggghh

Sounds like rocker trim, but your picture didn't come through.

Matt, Sorry to report that while it's a nice piece its not for a stepdown Hudson. Looks more like it came from a mid sixties Mercury Comet.

Thanks.....I'll start my search in the Ford Products and see if I can narrow it down from there.

They are two nice pieces of trim. I would like to see them find a new home.

It seems much like a rocker trim for 65-66 AMC Classic or Marlin and possibly Ambassador
    fairly sure of it
