Slow Rollers gather moss...

I just got the glass bead cabinet cleaned up - I bought the thing from a friends bodyshop that got tired of it "not working" correctly. It's a siphon feed and they were complaining about the media clumping up all the time and material not coming out of the gun nozzle.
Well it's no wonder...see the GREASE all over the insideWe can't clean the grease off before putting the parts in the
So I hosed the thing down with degreaser and hand polished the outside - I know...it's pretty AR...but I can't help myself..doesn't make sense to not clean it right!
I bought 100 lbs of glass bead and am now ready to start blasting the Twinh parts! Whoohoo!

Dan:
You should have broke out the buffer and used the cabinet to hone your buffing technique so you could bring the Hudson's paint to a mirror reflection.

Don't forget that water will do the same thing. Be sure to install a dedicated water separator with it. And I like the "skat magic" media from TP Tools, it's essentially recycled glass, crushed down to glass bead size, but with sharper edges, and less expensive.1953 Hornet sedan Twin-H
Custom front springs, drop-blocks out back, Clifford 6-2 headers exiting out back shotgun style, Pertronix, and Flames!
1964 Chevy C-10 Longbed, 396/TH400 lowered just enough and \"easy to touch up\" Black paint.
2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
Caved in quarter and fender. Bad paint. Non-True-Trac heap. But it's paid for.
