I hadn't opened the Eastwood email I got, when I read the ad you so kindly posted and the 15% off the Rust Encapsulator products - I was like Whoopee!

I really like the stuff and 15% off is a good deal (+ I get free shipping from Eastwood) so I was all over that like "you-know-what" and loaded up the web site to make an order...that was...

Until I loaded the shopping cart up and was just floored by the price increase!

12/26/2007 4 gallons @ 98.99 = $395.96 (10% Off reg price 110.00)
02/27/2009 4 gallons @ 127.49 = $509.96 (15% Off reg price 149.99)

So, I'm thinking maybe its time to switch teams so I checked POR15 for a gallone price avg 150.00!

This is insane....I don't even want to look up catalyzed primers like DP90 or Ultrafill, then add paint and clear, sand paper, etc.

There is absolutley no way you can paint a complete car anymore for less than 2K in materials alone.

Can you imagine whats going to happen to consumer prices when the inflation kicks in from this massive Democrat spending spree?

And let's be FRANK - the repubs did a horrible, horrible job but they have not been in control of the federal budget for the last 2 years the democrats and now obama have.

I am really FREAKING out here I make a good living, but I can only charge for my services what the market will bear and right now it's 60% of what I could bill hourly in 2000-01.

THEN - you know the 13 dollars a week "stimulus" others will be getting "back" in their paychecks? Turns out this will be considered "income" by the IRS and you will be taxed on it... and taxed at the same rates since they are not adjusting the rate tables to allow for the "kickback"

So TAX money you sent to the Goverment - that they so generously are "giving" back to you stimulate the economy...guess what you will be taxed on it again...he....he...he...he...

I feel REALLY bad things will happen in this country if the real majority in America doesn't step up and stop this madness! The majority of America is Centered not this far right and left our Government has become!
