Disc brakes on a 56 Dodge?
-
I have a friend that has a 56 Dodge sedan. Has power brakes and the wheel cylinders need rebuilding and the booster is toast. He wants to convert to power disc brakes. It's his car right? Anyway, does anyone know of a donar car to get the parts from, or are there any "kits" to do this?
I went to the link provided in the previous thread and they don't list that era of Mopar brakes. I did ask for information, but if it isn't in the catalog, chances are they don't have it.
Thanks, Dave:) -
Google or Ask "Scarebird disc brakes" and see what you get there. They have several Mopar offerings - try them!
And, www.aajbrakes.com is another place."The time has come", the Walrus said, "to speak of many things. Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings. And why the sea is boiling hot,
And whether pigs have wings..." -
