Parisienne Ball Joints...
-
Hi,
I've recently bought a 1966 Pontiac Parisienne from South Africa, I live in Namibia. Now I think the car is an Australian import but I'm not quite sure. Anyways it's got a Holden 308 in and a Holden tranny (old owner replaced the Chevy stuff).
Now on to the problem... the ball joints are shot and I'm have a hard time finding replacements. I've look online and found some but the only ones that look like the current ones are for a 1966 Chevy Impala, now the question is do the front suspension parts from a Chevy fit on a Pontiac and how many other parts are interchangeable? I understand that the Pontiacs were B-body based...
Here are the part numbers I'm looking at for the upper K6034 and lower K6035 (MOOG numbers).
Thanks in advance for the assistance.

You have a Canadian build Pontiac, all of the drivetrain will be a 1966 impala including the frame. The exciting part is that all the aftermarket chasie parts for the impala are open to you. Just a note take care of your body panels there just no replacement for them they are not the impala or the GTO.
have fun.
