Morning: Hope someone can help me out with this problem.

I have 1984 Monte Carlo 305 engine- Can someone tell me how to hook up the electric choke as there is no wiring on this engine what so ever.

    OR

Is there a place on the net I can go to for a wiring diagram? I think I have exhausted all the sites that are familiar to me.

Most appreciative of ANY help you can offer.

Have a great day and thank you in advance.. Frank

Here is the name of a guy I used when restoring my car that makes the best wiring diagram for any car that I have ever used. MY 1951 Mercury wiring diagram was correct to to the last wire and correct color . Makes em for any car and in 11x17 so you can actually read it.

Many of these mid 80's G.M.'s had a wire that came from the oil pressure switch to feed the choke. The choke gets 12 to 15 volts applied when the engine is running only.

I'll check my books as soon as I can if you don't get this fixed.
