If I were in the market for that, I'd say "probably" from what you've said and what the pics show.
Check the floors, cab corners and the door rockers, as these are the weak areas on these when it comes to rust! i would be hesitant about the deal until you have seen it in person, or atleast have a phone number craigslist is a great tool but scams happen all the time, just be careful. other than that, if you see it and like it. why not?
