1955 Ford Mercury bumper
-
I've got a set of bumpers for an 1955 Ford Mercury listed on eBay and I thought they'd generate a lot of interest. But I've had NO bidders! They are in great shape. I have no idea why there are no bidders. Anybody have any idea why no one seems interested? Maybe no one is restoring these old cars? Maybe there is no demand for bumpers like these. I can remember them from being a kid and I still think chrome bumpers are REAL bumpers. Anyway, just wondering what the deal is. Anyone got any ideas? Is there another, better, venue for selling 1955 Ford Mercury (REAL chrome bumpers? If you are interested in looking at them check out this link.
Thanks,

I would look for a Mercury club. There has to be a national club wheather stand alone or connected to the Lincoln owners club.
Look for a source that you can go directly to the people that own these cars, not waiting for someone to stumble their way to you.
I know a lot of people that never use e-bay due to obvious reasons.
Hope this helps
