SBC, Old heads on newer Block

My Camaro has a 305 ( future boat ancher!), My old 89 truck has a 350 TBI, I'm told That the heads that are on the Camaro are from a 350. My question is, will these heads & intake bolt onto the newer 350? The Camaro is a 79.
