Need a thermostat housing...
-
Pulled the Clifford head off my 308 to repair a crack. Don't want to rush it
so I'm installing a fresh 262 iron head that came with the car, casting #
304621 and new ARP studs (shorter length). All was going well until I went
to swap the thermostat housing over... Its not even close, so what I'm
looking for is a thermostat housing for a stock head and a recommendation on
a thermostat to use. Its going in a 49 Commodore. Thanks in advance for any help.
