Alum. Cyl. Head Help
-
I was given a spare Hudson engine for my '51 Hornet project. I have a 308 Twin H now but decided another motor couldn't hurt. When I went to pick it up I noticed it has an aluminum head on it. Can anyone tell me how I can tell what this motor is (size) or where the numbers are located at. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Travis -
If it has a double web along the bottom of the block as in the gold one, it's a 308.
If not, it's either a 232 or a 262
