Can you say "Booger" on Craigslist?

Here's another Hudson for sale in Minnesota on Craigslist. I'm puzzled by the owner's use of the term "booger work" in describing the body and the floors. I would ascribe it to some Minnesota colloquialism, but I live in Minnesota!

Booger: Minnesota slang for Bondo body work. Where in MN are you? I'm in SW MN and know that term. Just like when one says body cancer, which means rust.

I've lived in Minneapolis 58 years and after decades of buying and selling cars I've never heard anyone use the word "booger" to describe anythying other than a booger! Maybe us city slickers are just too naive.

Here in central Illinois, the term "boogered up" is very common. It refers to something mechanical (often a car) that someone has tried to repair or improve, but the results of that attempt have ended up a complete mess.
