Title needed

I need a Clear TEXAS Title for a 1964 Rambler American Stationwagon.
It has the Flat-Head 6 cyl engine and runs very Smooth.
The owner passed and no one knows anything about the car,but it is in Very Good Shape and a Southwest car ,inside is very clean.
Any help on this we would be thankful. Rudy. -
Have you tried talking to your local DMV to see what can be done?
