Nova Brake Booster
Im trying to get a chrome brake booster and master cylinder for my 75-79 Nova. Will any 70-81 camaro brake boosters work. Currently it has an 11inch brake booster, with front disc and rear drum. Any help is great.

There are some on ebay: Chrome Booster

I have seen these but they only say they fit to the 74 Nova. Mine is 76 thats why I was asking if the 70-81 Camaro brake boosters would work. I heard that the 74 nova boosters needed modification to the pushrod.

If you have a good brake shop around that does more then hang shoes, you should take your booster off and have them take it apart, then you can send it out to be chrome plated.

I did this for my neighbor on his 57 Nomad

How much would you say that would cost to do?

About $75 - $100 in CA. You might find it cheaper were you live or if you ship to shop in lower cost area.

So they took it apart and the brake shop sent it out to a chromer for you?
