Hey New to Packards
-
Howdy,
I'm going to purchase a classic car as a daily driver and after looking at all the classic cars, from old Fords to Cadillacs, I'm always drawn back to the early 50s Packards. There's nothing else like them. What I want to know is, can anything be done to the engines to increase performance by way of camshafts or supercharging?
Thanks,
Max -
If no one has the answer, could you point me to someone who knows about these cars please? Thanks.

Try the guys at the AACA site, Packard board. Very sharp people there.

You'll have better luck over at www.packardinfo.com . That's where I hang out, and I'm the guy who supercharged a '56 Patrician, and I'm currently working on a twin turbo 327 straight eight.
