Nascars Ryan Newman Owns a 1939 Hudson
-
I was looking at the NASCAR website and decided to do a search on "Hudson".
One of the first articles that came up was about the old car collections of Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman.
Ryan Newman is my favorite driver. The guy has a masters degree in Engineering. I have been impressed by his driving and his education. He might be only driver with a college education. I was thrilled to see him win the Daytona 500 this year. Dodge took five or six spots in the top ten
Anyhow the article talks about their love for old cars and their personal car collections. One of Ryans cars is a '39 Hudson 2 door sedan. Now I realize why I always liked him. He is smart, a good driver and appreciates a great old car. -
I saw Ryan's '39 last September at the big Charlotte Auto-Fair. It's mildly rodded, but looks all original on the outside except for custom wheels. Nice black paint job. Good lookin' car.
