Great poster. The Nash driven, by Johnny Mantz, finish 2nd on the same lap as the winner Marshal Teaque, in his 51 Hudson. They were the only 2 cars on the lead lap.
Johnny Mantz had 6 starts, in his one year career. No wins, 1 - 2nd, 1 - 3rd, and 2 - (6-10)
Laps lead 28
Laps 532
Races Lead 1
21st in points
Earnings $2025
4 out of 6 starts in the top ten. That is a very good percentage.
Have a good day. Lee -
You've got a great picture here man.. and that's a really great Nash. It is old but sure looks kicking on track. Johnny Mantz's stats looks great for someone driving an old Nash. I can't imagine how he's able to handle such car and still give really good results.
