Hello again everyone---Currently looking for a straight one piece driveshaft from a 121" wheelbase Hudson. That particular wheelbase came on the 41,42,46 & 47 Supers & Commodores except Commodore Customs. Does anyone have one laying around that they would like to sell? Thanks for checking. Hudsonly---Cliff Minard.

Cliff...if you can't find one, and/or shipping is a problem, a driveshaft/driveline shop can make you one if you have the yokes from another shaft, such as a shorter one.
They are not prohibitively expensive...just a length of driveshaft pipe material, and a bit of welding. -
That's how I got MY shortened driveshaft, when I installed overdrive in my car. However, be SURE that you have this done by a reputable shop that will carefully balance the driveshaft. I had mine supposedly balanced but the car vibrated after I put it in. Took it out and had ANOTHER shop check it...they said it was balanced....put it back in and still got vibration. Took it to a THIRD shop....they said it was WAY out of balance, and fixed the problem!

Thank you both for answering my post. My son Allan has come up with a driveshaft from his 41 for me.---Cliff Minard.
