Russ, can you do a 12V Pertronix conversion on the stock 212 distributor???

Out of curiosity, what is a unisync?

Patrick, A Unisync is a device used to synchronize a twin H setup so that they will both cars will be in unison when the accelerator pedal is pushed. Two carbs not working together is bad for mileage and performance. The device itself works by placing it over the air intake hole of the carb and setting the idle adjustment to match both carbs. The vacuum created pushes a small ball up a visible column and you match the height of the ball for both carbs. They generally sell for about $35.

uni sync's rock... if you have a twin h, you should have one. Cheap and easy tool to take away the issues with trying to get the carbs in sync. Makes minutes out of a long drawn out job.
