1937 Nash window rubbers.
-
Does anyone know where I could purchase some NOS Front quarter light window rubbers for a 1937 Nash Ambassador.
Kind regards Trevor -
Have you tried: restorationspecialties.com
Ron -
Hi there.
Thanks had a look at their web site unfortunately nothing early enough. Will keep looking.
Someone must know -
Have you tried steelrubber parts cataloge? the site is www.steelrubber.com. they have all rubber parts for the american vehicals mind you they aren't cheap but they have what you need.
hope this helps, Nick Hansen -
Havent found anything for Nash or Hudson in any Steele cataloge.
-
Steele appears to make what you're looking for:

Go to webpage: http://steelerubber.com/search?year=1937&make=nash&model=ambassador-six&style=0-door-u-k#front-door-vent-weatherstrip-38-0007-55
They also appear to make the straight strip that fits the division post:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1937-Nash-1959-1960-Buick-Chevy-Olds-Pontiac-Vent-Window-Division-Post-Seals-New-/390489367243?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model:Invicta&hash=item5aeafae2cb&vxp=mtr
(oddly, it interchanges with the vent post rubber on 1959-60 Buick, Chevrolet, Olds and Pontiacs!)
-
Opps, sorry Jon. Was looking for 55-57 and could find nothing.
-
Hello, if you type in 1955-57 they should have what you need because i typed it in and it came up with parts for it so give it another try
good luck, Nick Hansen -
Typed it in and all they had was a shock grommet and brake and clutch pedal pads.
