79 aspen timing

I have a '79 Aspen 318 2 bbl. I recently looked up the timing on it and when i would go to time it correctly the car seemed to run worse does anyone have any advice or maybe know a better website with the information that I need?

Does this car have the Lean Burn still on it, or has it been converted to a straight Mopar electronic ignition that bypasses the ELB computer?
