50 Mercury coupe

I am presently building up a 50 Merc coupe, body is off the frame and being cleaned up. I am considering installing an early Hemi engine and would like some suggestions on parts such as motor mounts, headers etc.
I do not think I want to keep the stock front end but not sure what would work best there, also want to replace the rear axle with a ford 9 inch.
Any one out there work a similar project?
