It's a 2 door brougham, I know it is in really good condition. You could drive it home. I have no idea what sex lights are  , you can e-mail him and ask, his e-mail address is in the first post. :)

I think it was an accessory that illuminated and said...If the Hudson's a rockin, don't come a knockin. :D

Thus, the reason for my previous post - concerning 'Heavy Duty Shocks' as part of standard equipment with those particular 'lights'...

Are we having a bit of fun with this thread, or what?  :D

May the perpetual sex lights shine upon you. Weren't the sex lights and HD shocks part of the Hudson "Boudoir Package."

Yes, but I thought you could only get that option on the "super six" or "Straight Eight". Wasn't aware of the availability on the wasp.

Those lights only came on when the front seats were laid flat to make a bed.

That can't be right, my mother said people didn't have sex in cars in the fifties, and my mother wouldn't lie to me.

On the Wasp, the Bodouir option was part of the "Stick it To Me Lil Stinger" promotional package.

Sad to say, Harry, (and I'll try to be gentle with this), but your mother may not have "lied" to you (that's such a strong term), but she may not have been totally candid, either. . . Mothers, bless their hearts, were just trying to shield us from the tawdry elements out there. . . Like sex lights. . .

Well, I saw a movie once where a girl got pregnant in a car but she was a beatnik and smoked cigarettes and drank alcohol so I figured it was just a Hollywood myth. What other things could my mother have mislead me about? Could it be I'm not losing my vision from "hand ling" my own problems as a youth, but just age? At least now I don't have to regret my alone time.

Sex lights are small blue lights that were mounted in the upper coners of the windshield(inside).Where were you in the 50's?
