I finally acquired a Detailed Parts Book for the 1929 Essex and have scanned and posted it on the following website. If you have one of these cars and you have some technical information/literature that is not shown here, I'd be appreciative. Specifically, I'm still looking for the Auto-Lite Accessories for the Essex 1929 as there is nothing in the Service Manual on the starting system. Absent that, I'm writing that portion of the service manual from what I can photograph of my 1929 and what I've learned from several invaluable posters on various forums.
