1951 250 Series 24 convertible value
-
I'm taking a seriously hard look at this car (despite the color combo - lol). It looks like a good price for a 50s American convertible but I'll admit I know very little about Packards. I spoke with the seller and according to him it has a NOM - a 1953. It also has a few mechanical dificulties but nothing I can't fix. He said he had driven it long distances on several occasions (400+ miles), so the basic mechanics are pretty good. He gave me a price substantially below the buy it now he had set. I can see a few things in the photos such as paint chips, etc (he sent me some higher res versions as well) but can anyone see anything I might have missed? What would be a good price for this car? Thanks! Andy

Looks like it's in pretty good condition from the pics, if you can live with the colors.

Older brother had a new 51 4dr back then .Driveing it was what you would think of a car this size, cushy floating boat. I really liked it.
