34 Terraplane Coupe glass
-
I have been dealing with an individual who is cutting my window glass for my 34 Coupe and he sent me the wrong glass. When I called he said his templates show the 34 Terraplane Coupe has side door vent windows. I have never seen a Terraplane Coupe with vent windows. Is there such a car, and does anyone have a photo if there is? I had to trace my old windows and FedEx them to him.

Parts book shows the Terraplane models K and KU had vent wings, of the "disappearing" type, same as the Hudson models. Other Terraplane models had no vent wings.

Who cut your glass? Was it Smith's Rod Glass in Hazard, KY? If so, how long did it take him? I've been waiting for glass for my Hudson PU since June - slightly over "3 to 4 weeks." Thanks.

WHOOEE, guy that cuts mine does it less than 30 min and I take it home with me !!

Yes it was Smith's Hot Rod Glass. Ordered in April and had to send him a tracing of the old glass. Hope to have it next week.
