bumper modification of 1975 maverick

Is there a way to modify or buy a conversion kit to replace the safety front and rear bumper on a '75 maverick to the regular chrome bumper like on the earlier model mavericks. Also, what would be some good catalogs to look for maverick parts or web sites.
