1962 Pontiac Tempest LeMans ragtop
-
Anyone know anything about 1961-2-3 Pontiac Tempests? Specifically, I just bought a project '62 LeMans ragtop and I've picked up a few good sources of info so far. Anyone around here have first-hand experience with these?"The time has come", the Walrus said, "to speak of many things. Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings. And why the sea is boiling hot,
And whether pigs have wings..." -
Hi, I had a 61 Convertable when I was a lot younger. Mine was 4 cyl, with auto transmission. Because of the swing axle, it was more twitchy than my 62 Corvair was. It had reasonable performance, and decent economy. My parents had a 63 Convertable at the same time, also a 4 banger. Steve

What information are you trying to aquire about a tempest? Inap.biz has numerous resources you may find helpful. In fact they have a listing for a NOS1963 Pontiac Tempest Headlight Bezel you might be interested in
