ball joint problem

Hi guys, got a 98 ford f250 " light duty" 5.4 v8, auto, 4x4. Replaced the ball joints twice so far and the current ball joints only have 15k on them and already two of them are bad. Is there a recall on this problem? This is one of the biggest issues ive been finding with ford trucks. We've used Car quest ball joints, those lasted 5,000 miles. This time we used autozone ball joints and they've lasted 15k. Anyone know where to get good parts from? Asking for good parts from the ford dealer is a joke. Also, this truck was built from a 1997 2WD from ford! I love how ford is such a penny pincher.
