35 Ford DriveTrain in 34?

I have an opportunity to purchase a complete drivetrain from a 35 Ford 2 door sedan in good running condition. I would like to put this in a 34 Ford Cabriolet as the running gear is tired and the motor is 59AB. Will motor, transmission and rear end bolt up ok in the 34? Thanks
