'62 Hawk
-
Found a '62 Hawk, 289 4-speed car, parked for several years but nearly complete, resto was interrupted by the PO death. How many were built, what are the points to look for in buying one, and what's the ease of getting parts on a Stude?"The time has come", the Walrus said, "to speak of many things. Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings. And why the sea is boiling hot,
And whether pigs have wings..." -
Hi, For what its worth, there are 5 Hawks, of various years(including a 56 Powerhawk) mostly complete for parts. There is(was) a Studebaker "dealer" in Boise, who had a warehouse full of NOS parts. Steve

Hi, For what it's worth, I will be going to Boise today, if you want, I'll double check to see if he is still in business. Do you know what would be needed? Let me know, ASAP, Thanks Steve

I'm not sure what the car needs, exactly, as I've yet to see the car."The time has come", the Walrus said, "to speak of many things. Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings. And why the sea is boiling hot,
And whether pigs have wings..."
