Help! Wheel Info

I need to get wheels for my Pacemaker. If I remember correctly 15 inch, 5 bolt
and 4 1/2 spacing. I can't remember if they need hole for guide pin like 50's
Plymouth. I have to get my car moved, lost storage space.

I think the 5 on 4.5 is correct, but I thought they used 16" wheels? And yes, they need the guide pin hole.

All Hudson stepdowns use 15 inch wheels and the same wheel bolt pattern.
AMC, MOPAR and Ford used the same bolt pattern, although center hole may be different. Fords used 1/2 in studs where the rest used 7/16studs or bolts.
MAY HAVE TO DRILL HOLE IN WHEEL OR ELIMINATE GUIDE PIN TO USE OTHER WHEELS.
I would prefer to drill hole in wheel if I was planning on using stock wheels later. Origainals were 15x5. Convertables used 15x51/2

JSRail, If you see a Hudson with wire wheels they just may be early (or repro) Chrysler wheels made by Kelsey Hayes, they also made the Hudson wires. I believe some of the early MOPAR wheels may have a hole for the guide pin in them.
If memory serves me correct i believe early MOPAR's used bolts also. Up to around 1965 the drivers side were left hand thread. I guess the theory was that the forward motion of the car would keep them tight .
Although in my 50 years in the business (40 as a mechanic) I have never seen a properly tightened bolt come loose.

Just curious, do the convertables have different geometry to fit the wider wheels? It seems like the wheels would fit directly on to all stepdowns. I haven't heard of anyone doing this.

Thanks for the info. Good to know. I have a set of the wider wheels I had debated putting on. I like the idea of wider stock wheels vs aftermarket replacements. Clean and almost factory.
